Projektstart: 15.01.2020, GO-Live: 01.07.2020.

Insgesamt 17.500 Behälter, die sogenannten Bins, sind auf 9 Ebenen verteilt. Auf oberster Ebene sind 31 Roboter für den Transport zuständig.

Implementiert werden musste hier nicht nur eine neues Kommissionier-Interface, sondern neben Einlagerungsstrategien auch die Ansteuerlogik für AutoStore®. softwear meldet dem automatischen Lagersystem, welcher Lieferschein in welcher Reihenfolge abgearbeitet werden soll und aus welchen Bins dieser Lieferschein bedient werden soll.

Ausgehend vom Kommissionierplatz (Port) fordert softwear den nächsten Bin von AutoStore®. Hierbei entscheidet AutoStore® selbst, welcher der Lieferscheine abgearbeitet werden soll. Anhand des Bins, weiß softwear um welchen Lieferschein es sich handelt, und kann dementsprechend bei der Kommissionierung verfahren.

Pro Stunde werden so 360 Bins (2 Ports) eingelagert und 1.200 Bins (5 Ports) ausgelagert.
